PROGRAMME STRUCTURE
WEEKLY SESSIONS:

- Hybrid Programme:
Take part in our hybrid programme, combining the best of online and in-person learning.
Online sessions give you the flexibility to complete them at your own pace within a weekly deadline. There’s no set time or place—just your ambition and a deadline.
In-person sessions offer opportunities to connect face-to-face and deepen your learning experience.

Check out a snippet of one of our engaging online sessions below:
TRIPS & WORK EXPERIENCE:

- Exciting Trips:
Immerse yourself in inspiring and influential spaces, from top universities to key hubs of decision-making and leadership. These visits offer a unique chance to see behind the scenes at some of the most prestigious and impactful locations in the country.

- Work Experience Opportunities:
Gain hands-on experience with leading organisations across a range of industries, from finance and technology to law, healthcare, and beyond.

YEAR ROUND SUPPORT:

- Mentoring:
Get paired with a dedicated mentor who matches your goals—whether that’s a university student, an apprentice, or an industry professional. You’ll have monthly one-on-one sessions to guide you through your journey, offering personalised advice and support.

- Apprenticeship/University Application Support:
Receive insider tips directly from apprenticeship providers to ace your applications and assessment centres. Plus, gain valuable insights from Russell Group admission tutors on personal statements, interviews, and admission tests.

- Access University Scholarships:
Every year, a select group of students who’ve gone above and beyond are awarded full scholarships for debt free tuition. It’s our way of saying, “We see your hard work, and we’re here to back you!” Imagine starting uni without worrying about fees—that could be you.
ELIGIBILITY
At Future Leaders, we don’t select based on grades; we select based on your potential and who you are as a person.  So when filling out your application, just be yourself and let your personality shine through. However, we do need four things from you:

1. Y12 OR 13 STATUS: You must be a Y12 or Y13 student in the UK.

2. PARENTAL CONSENT: Your parent or guardian will need to give their approval for you to join the programme. After all, they’ll want to know about the amazing journey you’re about to embark on!

3. TEACHER REFERENCE: We’ll ask for the name and email of a teacher who can vouch for your character and potential. Don’t worry—we’re not interested in your detention history, just your future!

4. COMMITMENT: If you're passionate about personal growth and creating a fairer society for everyone, you're our kind of person! Commitment to diversity and inclusion? Check. Drive to reach your full potential? Double check. A secret desire to wear a superhero cape? Optional, but we won't judge.

If you're nodding enthusiastically, it’s time to fill out our application form. Don’t forget to bring your aspirations, your dreams, and maybe a snack—changing the world can make you hungry!
