- ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS:

To receive your completion certificate and be eligible for trips, maintaining an attendance of 95% or higher is essential. This applies to both the in-person and online programmes.

- HEAR FROM OUR YOUNG PEOPLE:

ELIGIBILITY
At Future Leaders, we don’t select based on grades; we select based on your potential and who you are as a person.  So when filling out your application, just be yourself and let your personality shine through. However, we do need four things from you:

1. Y12 OR 13 STATUS: You must be a Y12 or Y13 student in the UK.

2. PARENTAL CONSENT: Your parent or guardian will need to give their approval for you to join the programme. After all, they’ll want to know about the amazing journey you’re about to embark on!

3. TEACHER REFERENCE: We’ll ask for the name and email of a teacher who can vouch for your character and potential. Don’t worry—we’re not interested in your detention history, just your future!

4. COMMITMENT: If you're passionate about personal growth and creating a fairer society for everyone, you're our kind of person! Commitment to diversity and inclusion? Check. Drive to reach your full potential? Double check. A secret desire to wear a superhero cape? Optional, but we won't judge.

If you're nodding enthusiastically, it’s time to fill out our application form. Don’t forget to bring your aspirations, your dreams, and maybe a snack—changing the world can make you hungry!
